Terms of Service
Your rights and obligations when using EzeIcons.
Effective date: 1 March 2026
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using EzeIcons at ezeicons.com (the “Service”), operated by EzeIcons (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EzeIcons. By creating an account, downloading any icon, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration
To access download functionality you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately at hello@ezeicons.com of any unauthorised use
- Not share your account credentials with anyone outside your subscribed team
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days from the billing period start
- Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- We use Stripe for payment processing; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. Refund requests within 14 days of initial purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis -- contact hello@ezeicons.com.
4. Intellectual Property
All icons, graphics, and other content on the Service are the intellectual property of EzeIcons or its content suppliers and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms and the License, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use downloaded icons.
This licence does not include:
- xReproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying the icon collection as a whole
- xUsing icon content in any way not permitted by your tier’s licence
- xReverse engineering or extracting any aspect of the Service’s code or infrastructure
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- xViolate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- xTransmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- xAttempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- xInterfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- xUse automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to bulk-download icons or harvest data without prior written consent
- xCircumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or rate-limiting features
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Icons will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EzeIcons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) £100.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We may also notify you by email for material changes. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
