EzeIcons ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at ezeicons.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and optionally your name. We store this in Supabase (our authentication and database provider).
Payment information: When you subscribe to a Pro or Team plan, payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment information on our servers — Stripe handles this securely.
Communications: If you contact us by email, we retain those messages to respond to you.

Information collected automatically

Usage data: We collect anonymised, aggregated statistics about how visitors interact with the site (pages visited, downloads initiated, search queries). This is handled by Plausible Analytics (see below).
Log data: Our hosting infrastructure may record standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and page requests for security and operational purposes. Logs are retained for up to 30 days.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Process subscriptions and manage your account
Send transactional emails (subscription confirmations, receipts, password resets)
Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it
Serve relevant advertising through Google AdSense (see Advertising section below)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-party cookies

Analytics (Plausible)

We use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and usage patterns. Plausible is a privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics tool that does not set any cookies and does not collect personal data. All measurements are anonymised at the point of collection. Plausible is fully GDPR-compliant by design.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on the Service. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

Data Retention

Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days after deletion request
Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance (Stripe retains payment history per their own policy)
Server logs: Retained for up to 30 days
Analytics data: Aggregated, non-personal — retained indefinitely by Plausible

Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights including:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances
Portability: Request your data in a portable format
Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
